MyNext functions as an all-in-one ecosystem designed by TalentCorp Malaysia to address the country's graduate underemployment challenges. Developed in collaboration with the Ministry of Human Resources (MOHR) and the Ministry of Higher Education (MOHE), it maps national talent data to bridge the gap between academic curricula and actual industry demands.

MyNext Talent is the student and graduate facing branch of the platform, operating as an empowerment tool rather than just a basic job board.

Our side of the project was building the below features and integrating them to the main platform:

• The MyNext Profiling Suite: This tool uses psychometric assessments curated by psychologists and educationalists to help you understand your core competencies. It tests across 5 main vectors:
  • Work Values
  • Work Interests
  • The Future of Work (readiness and adaptability)
  • Personality & Motivation
  • Employability
• Complimentary English Test: Registered talents get access to a free English language proficiency test covering grammar and reading comprehension to highlight areas for personal improvement.
